Spruce Town Planning are delighted to have assisted our client to secure planning permission to construct eleven new homes in West Dean, Hampshire. The development will comprise of four market homes, two self build plots and five affordable homes. Spruce Town Planning and the Applicants worked with the Parish Council and local community to ensure the new development would meet local needs. In addition to the new homes the development will provide for new footpath links and land for ecological enhancements. Permission was granted under delegated powers.
