Spruce Town Planning Ltd is based in southern Hampshire and works on development projects across southern England. We take a positive and proactive approach to the planning process and aim to maximise the development potential of land on behalf of our clients.
Matt started his planning career in local government in 2001. He then moved to a consultancy role in 2008. In 2019 Matt decided to establish Spruce Town Planning Ltd. Matt works with clients across the residential and commercial sectors including market and affordable housing, care home developments, retail schemes and commercial units.
Victoria started her career in Social Housing in 2006, specialising in selling Affordable Home Ownership Schemes and managing projects for a local Housing Association. After starting a family, Victoria decided to return to work with a new career direction and joined Matt at Spruce Town Planning in October 2020 as a Planning Assistant.
