Spruce Town Planning are pleased to have assisted our client to secure planning permission to demolish a block of garages and construct two new houses within an established residential area of Romsey. The garages were underutilised, and we worked with the client and their architect to develop a scheme that would make more efficient use of the land whilst respecting existing patterns of development and surrounding ecology. Permission was granted under delegated powers.
