Spruce Town Planning are pleased to have secured reserved matters consent for the construction of four new houses in place of former agricultural buildings at Winterborne Kingston, Dorset.
Outline permission was granted in August 2023 for the demolition of the existing agricultural buildings and for the residential development of up to 4no. dwellings, including access. Spruce Town Planning worked with the client, architect and consultants to achieve a high quality scheme that addressed all the matters set out in the conditions of the outline approval, including individual designs for each new dwelling and a landscaping plan to ensure a natural landscaped buffer on the site’s boundary with open countryside. Approval of the reserved matters was subsequently granted by the Authority under delegated powers.
