Spruce Town Planning are pleased to have assisted our clients secure full planning permission for the change of use of a redundant public house in Spetisbury to form three houses and the construction of two additional detached houses in the grounds. The proposals will bring the site back into use and provide much needed housing within this part of Dorset. The application was submitted following pre-application consultation with the Local Planning Authority and Highways Authority, and Spruce Town Planning also liaised with the local community on behalf of the Applicants. Planning permission was subsequently granted under delegated powers. This serves to demonstrate the benefits of the pre-application consultations for appropriate schemes.
