Spruce Town Planning assisted their client secure planning approval for the replacement of a bungalow in Brockenhurst with a pair of detached homes. Spruce Town Planning worked with the client and architect to achieve a design that was sensitive to the site’s location in the New Forest National Park, that preserved the amenities of the existing properties neighbouring the site, whilst also making best use of the land available to create two new family homes. The application followed pre-application consultation with the Local Authority. Planning permission was granted by the National Park Planning Committee.
