Spruce Town Planning assisted their client secure planning approval for the extension of an existing house and construction of a new house to the side. The site in Bournemouth contained an end terrace house with a wide plot to the side. Spruce Town Planning worked with the client and architect to achieve a scheme that made use of the space at the side of the house to create a new plot, whilst also designing the new building to be in keeping with the existing terrace. Planning permission was secured under delegated powers.
