Spruce Town Planning are delighted to have assisted our client to secure planning permission for the demolition of the existing building and construction of 19 new houses on land to the south of Rookery Avenue, Whiteley. Spruce Town Planning worked with the applicant, their architect and other consultants to achieve a development layout that makes efficient use of the land to provide new homes whilst preserving the adjacent woodland habitat and creating new door mouse habitat. Spruce Town Planning represented the client at the Planning Committee meeting where the proposed development was approved.
