We were pleased to assist our clients to secure outline planning permission for the redevelopment of a brownfield site in Poole with a new block of 21 flats.
The site was located in a highly accessible location and one that had most recently been used for car sales. It was also a location that the council’s local plan had identified as a location for new homes. Spruce Town Planning worked with the client and architect to arrive at a scheme that made an efficient use of the available space but that also respected the amenities of nearby homes and appropriately considered the access arrangements to the site. Pre-Application discussions were undertaken with the Local Authority and planning permission was subsequently granted by the Authority under delegated powers.
