Spruce Town Planning were pleased to have assisted their client secure planning approval for the remodeling of a house in Poole to create an altered, more contemporary building. The site, situated within a residential street containing a mix of building styles, was shown to be appropriate for the proposed alterations. Spruce Town Planning worked with the client and architect to achieve a scheme that was in keeping with the mix of building styles locally and made best use of the space available on the site to create an extended family home. Planning permission was secured under delegated powers within eight weeks.
