We are pleased to have assisted with successful planning and listed building consent applications for the conversion of a grade I listed building in Salisbury City Centre to a house in multiple occupation.
The planning application was submitted by the Architects. Spruce Town Planning prepared a planning statement in support of the proposals and set out why the change of use was appropriate for the location and the listed building.
