Spruce Town Planning are delighted to have secured planning permission for the replacement of a house in Canford Cliffs, Poole, with a pair of new contemporary family homes. The plans were prepared by Marlow Architects and we worked with both the client and architects to arrive at a scheme that was appropriate to the street scene as well as addressing issues that had been raised by the Local Planning Authority when determining earlier applications on the same site. Planning permission was granted under delegated powers.
