Spruce Town Planning are pleased to have secured planning permission for the extension and alteration of an existing dwelling located within a heavily wooded plot in the Branksome Park and Chine Gardens Conservation Area. The approved works will enlarge and modernise the existing building and will include a new garage and driveway set within the contours of the site. Spruce Town Planning worked with the client and architects to deliver an attractive scheme to meet the client’s needs whilst preserving the onsite protected trees and the character of the conservation area. The application was approved under delegated powers.
