We were pleased to assist our client to secure full planning permission for the construction of two homes on land at Hunts Pond Road, Fareham. The site comprised garden land at the rear of an existing house. It was within the urban area and a similar development had previously been approved close by. Spruce Town Planning worked with the client and architect to achieve a scheme that was of an appropriate design and that preserved the amenities of the surrounding residential properties. Planning permission was granted unanimously by the Council’s Planning Committee.
