Spruce Town Planning are delighted to have secured planning permission for the installation of 8 floodlights at Holt United Football Club. Spruce Town Planning worked with the client and various consultants to demonstrate that a lighting scheme is feasible in a Green Belt location. The approved scheme will meet the needs of the football club whilst mitigating any potential harm to foraging and commuting bats as well as the dark sky designation of the nearby National Landscape. The approved lighting scheme will enable the club to use the pitch facilities on Petersham Lane more efficiently and will support the development of the club.
