Appeal Allowed. We’re delighted to have assisted our clients to secure planning permission for the construction of six homes in Christchurch. The application had been recommended for approval by the Council’s Planning Officer but the recommendation had been overturned by the Planning Committee. Spruce Town Planning helped demonstrate that there were no clear grounds for planning permission to be refused and the appeal was allowed. In allowing the appeal the Inspector also ordered an award of costs against the Planning Authority.
