We are delighted to have secured full planning permission for a development of thirty homes at Fontmell Magna, Dorset.
The site was allocated for development in the Neighbourhood Plan for the village. Spruce Town Planning worked with the client and architect to arrive at a scheme that met the policy requirements for the site and was appropriate in design and layout. The development will deliver a mix of market and affordable housing as well as a new school drop off area for the village.
