This corner site had a prior planning history of refusals for redevelopment by others, some of which had been dismissed at appeal. Spruce Town Planning worked with the client, architect and consultants to arrive at a scheme that addressed the issues raised by the previous applications and appeals, achieved a high quality redevelopment scheme and made a better use of the site. Permission was granted by the council under delegated powers.
