Spruce Town Planning assisted our clients secure planning permission for the conversion of the first and second floors of a building in Salisbury City Centre to six apartments. The property was a three storey social club building that had an excess of space. The conversion works enabled the retention of the social club on the ground floor of the building whilst finding a new use for the upper floors that would create new homes. Spruce Town Planning worked with their clients to arrive at a scheme that made best use of the space available whilst also ensuring that the functionality of the retained ground floor use would not be compromised. Planning permission was secured under delegated powers.
