Spruce Town Planning assisted their client, secure planning approval for the conversion of a former restaurant in Winchester to five apartments. The site, situated within a conservation area and close to listed buildings was a sensitive location. Spruce Town Planning worked with the client and architect to achieve a scheme that maintained the appearance and character of the building whilst enabling its extension to the rear to maximise the development potential of the site. Planning permission was secured under delegated powers within eight weeks.
