Spruce Town Planning are pleased to have assisted their client achieve planning permission and listed building consent for the construction of a detached house on land to the rear of a listed building in Chestnut Avenue, Eastleigh. The site comprised a grade II listed thatched house with a large garden. Spruce Town Planning assisted the client in designing a scheme that was sympathetic to the setting of the listed building whilst still making a more efficient use of the site. Following pre-application discussions with the council planning permission and listed building consent were given under delegated powers.
