We are pleased to have worked with our clients to secure planning permission for the redevelopment of a site in Wiltshire to construct 17 affordable homes. Spruce Town Planning organised a pre-application consultation event, undertook pre-application discussions with the local authority and then submitted and managed the planning application on behalf of the client and working with the rest of the development team. Planning permission was granted under delegated powers.
