We are delighted to have secured planning permission on behalf of our clients for the construction of a contemporary block of seven apartments in Poole. Spruce Town Planning worked with the client, architect and consultants to achieve a high quality redevelopment scheme that complements the form of development in the area and makes an efficient use of the site. Spruce Town Planning represented our client at BCP Council’s Planning Committee, where the committee resolved to grant permission.
