The application site is subject to a number of constraints including heritage, National Landscape designation, ecology and highway safety. Spruce Town Planning worked with the client and architect to create a sensitively designed scheme that is of a scale appropriate to the rural setting. The development will deliver five detached bungalows with parking and highway improvements and will contribute towards meeting Dorset’s housing needs. Permission was granted under delegated powers.
