We were pleased to assist our clients secure planning permission for the refurbishment of four homes at Nadderwater, Exeter and conversion of one of the buildings to create a fifth home. The site was located in the countryside on the outskirts of Exeter and had comprised a former farmyard that had been redeveloped as four homes some years ago. The properties on the site were all in need of a programme of refurbishment and the development achieved that aim whilst also subdividing one of the largest homes to provide a fifth unit. The associated works, including a new comprehensive landscaping scheme, will enhance the site’s appearance and provide improved accommodation to residents.
