Fareham Council are seeking development sites to be considered for allocation within the new Fareham Local Plan 2044. This is an opportunity for landowners, developers, site promoters and communities to suggest potential sites that may be suitable for future development uses (including employment, housing, renewable energy projects, open space and recreation, nature schemes, community facilities etc).
Even sites allocated in the adopted Local Plan that have not yet commenced will need to be resubmitted in order for them to be considered for inclusion in the new Local Plan.
