Spruce Town Planning are pleased to have secured planning permission for the conversion of an existing building, within the historic town of Wilton, to form two town houses, two flats and the retention of a ground floor commercial unit. As well as the heritage constraints of the Wilton Conservation Area and the numerous listed buildings nearby, the application site is also located within an area at risk of flooding. Spruce Town Planning worked with the client and various consultants to achieve a sensitive design that makes efficient use of an existing building to deliver new housing whilst adhering to current flood risk management requirements.
