Spruce Town Planning are pleased to have worked with their client and architect to secure outline planning permission for the construction of two detached houses on land to the rear of an existing dwelling in Sarisbury Green, Fareham. The application was supported by a full suite of technical reports and plans to demonstrate the acceptability of the proposed scheme. Spruce Town Planning undertook a pre-application consultation with the Local Authority, submitted the application and represented the client at the LPA’s Planning Committee meeting, where the scheme was granted permission.
