Spruce Town Planning worked with the client and architect to deliver a high quality contemporary scheme that will preserve the onsite protected trees and the verdant character of the conservation area whilst meeting the needs of the client. The replacement house utilises the contour of the land to create additional accommodation, including a residential annexe, ensuring the proposal will make efficient use of the land. The Planning Officer concluded the proposal would not result in harm to the significance of the conservation area or the adjacent locally listed building, and the application was approved under delegated powers.
