Spruce Town Planning assisted their client to obtain planning permission for the redevelopment of a site with three new detached family homes on Alexandra Road following the demolition of the existing bungalow. The site, situated in a residential street, is wider than other plots and Spruce Town Planning worked with the client and architect to achieve an alternative scheme that made efficient use of the site whilst respecting the character of the area. Permission was granted by Guildford Borough Council Planning Committee.
