Spruce Town Planning Ltd assisted their clients to obtain full planning permission for the redevelopment of a site in Christchurch to remove an existing building in use as offices and to replace it with a new development comprising a replacement commercial unit together with five apartments over and a pair of semi-detached houses behind.
The site was in an accessible location and the development took the opportunity to make best use of the space available to deliver much needed new housing. The application was submitted following pre-application discussions with the Local Planning Authority and Spruce Town Planning worked with the client and Architect to achieve a scheme that took account of the site constraints and the pre-application comments received. Planning permission was granted under delegated powers.
