Spruce Town Planning assisted their clients secure planning permissions for a gazebo and outside marquee\bar at a grade II listed public house in Buckinghamshire.
The proposed structures were to enable the diversification of the business by enabling outside events such as weddings to be held. Additionally, the marquee was planned in order to provide additional seating space for customers, where capacity inside the building itself had had to be reduced in order to enable social distancing.
Planning permission for the gazebo and temporary planning permission for the bar and marquee were secured under delegated powers.
