Spruce Town Planning assisted their clients achieve planning approval for the construction of a replacement care home at Old Castle Road, Salisbury.
The planning application proposed the replacement of an existing care home on the site with a new, 31 bedroom care home that will provide improved and additional accommodation. Spruce Town Planning Ltd assisted the Applicants in responding to comments made on the proposals and addressing queries raised by the Local Planning Authority during the course of the planning application. The proactive approach to the application taken by the development team helped to ensure that all matters were addressed. The decision to approve the application was made by the Local Authority under delegated powers.
